| I have been feeling a dull ache in my testicle(sometimes left, sometimes right) for about 3 days. there is no lump in my testicle. what could it be??? I am dead worried.

| If the symptoms are appearing on different sides on different days it is very difficult to suggest a likely diagnosis, also your age is not stated. This sort of problem is definitely the type where a diagnosis cannot be made by other than a personal consultation, careful history, and direct clinical examination - so best to see your doctor ASAP.
