My moms allergic to shellfish and she ate crawfish her face is hot, her cheeks are red, and she had a migrane. I'm wondering if i should give her epi- shot or take her to the doctors. In deep concern please help and tell me what to do.

Good morning This is not something to delay with; if she usually has an adrenaline / epinephrine shot when she has an allergic reaction of this type then this should be administered for the same indications as it has previously been advised by her doctor, however in a case like this it is best to call her doctor now, and take her to see her doctor now... also best not to use this service for emergency advice due to delays inherent in answering e-mail queries, rather contact your doctor or the emergency services "in realtime" and ASAP best regards
