There is a problem called 'post-cholcystectomy syndrome' where similar symptoms may recur although the gall bladder and the stones it contains have been removed. Sometime stones elsewhere in the biliary system can also cause symptoms. If you have hasd your gallbladder removed and you still have the same or similar symptoms, relatively simple imaging tests which your doctor can arange for you will tell you what is the likely cause. Hope this helps.
