There are no available statistical data for cases of transfusion of infected blood in Moscow, but generally donor blood and blood products in Moscow are tested for all mentioned infections and are safe. However there is some risk (as when you receive transfusion in any country), and that is why all efforts are done in Russia as in the rest of the world to try to reduce donor blood / blood products transfusion.
