Thank you for your inquiry. In some cases,  if someone  knows the Russian equivalent of a birth control pill that is currently taken,   these can be bought at some pharmacies without prescription. From a western medical perspective,  we do not recommend simply going to a pharmacy to birth control pills especially if they are a first start. Birth control pills are a medication that requires monitoring,  and can have potential  harmful  sideffects if given to the wrong patient.
